Nice and clean place, we...
Liked: Bed and pillows very comfortable, nice and clean room and hall, quiet place to rest , coffee and tea 24 hrs, it’s a plus
Disliked: Found no negative opinion, breakfast typical continental

Loved it!
Liked: I loved it here! I usually don't like staying at hotels, but this place was a pleasant exception! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we checked out, we were treated so nicely by the people there. The room was so homey and clean! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they were very attentive to anything we may have needed. It was easy to feel comfortable. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here and we plan book here anytime we come back to Corpus!

Was what I expected.

It Sucked!
Liked: The place has gone downhill over the years. It was a great place to stay. Was told maid service was limited to every third day and that didn't happen. On check out the clerk said something else about having to request it. Seems they can't get their story straight. Lights were burnt out in the room, no tissues box was left with only one never filled, and we had to bring used towels to the front desk to get replacements. The best thing overall in the facility was the gentleman who work the breakfast area, he was awesome! The morning desk staff, well....lets say customer service is not their first priority.
Disliked: The room, the lack of maid service, the additional charge for incidentals made to the card on check in, (which was not mentioned in the booking).
