It was a nice stay...

Liked: This hotel was quiet, safe and a great location. The smell at the front desk and halls was very pleasant. Staff was nice.
Disliked: I was there three days with my family and my room was never serviced. My refrigerator wasn’t working properly. It chilled my food. I turned it up to max and it never got cold. The mattress on the fold out couch needs to be replaced. My son fell through the mattress onto the floor. The dust on the shutters of the closet was thick. I had to plunge my toilet on the last night there. I have been a guest at this property a number of times but this time I was a bit disappointed at housekeeping.

Disliked: Well our last night the power went off on one side refrigerator side so our stuff wasn’t cold before leaving I told them before hand but no one can to fix it

Liked: The bed was comfy and hotel was clean
Disliked: Booking.com didn't forward reservations here and at Jonesboro I wasn't happy after traveling 14 hrs with a broken arm and. No reservations and they said I would have to pay higher price. I immediately called Jonesboro and he was nice and made me new reservations. I called booking.com and was on hold for 45 min was tired so gave up so this is the 3rd time you have done this to me will not use you again no reservations after confirmation how stupid is that
