Anniversary weekend

Liked: This was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, great staff, & amenities were great.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was great everything was fresh and clean I will definitely stay there again if I'm in Columbus
Disliked: The pool area was off the chain kids running everywhere being obnoxious parents just not watching them

Bad

Disliked: I didn’t like that I, who is 20 years of age, wasn’t actually able to check myself into my room because I’m not 21, even though I paid for the room in advance! If your policies require your guests to be 21+ then those guests should be made well aware of that policy through clear instructions on the booking website. However, even though the hotel clerk ASSURED me that the 21+ guest policy was clearly there, I have yet to actually find it. I respect a companies wishes to have age restrictions for checking in, however I don’t respect not clearly stating that policy on their website before someone, like myself, books and pays for a room.

Helpful staff and great location.

Liked: Great location. Close to everything you could need. Great breakfast buffet. Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we had no sign out there saying we didn’t want it cleaned so we ran out of towels and kitchen area needed to be swept and cleaned up but I didn’t have a broom or cleaning supplies. The room is more like a hotel room with a little kitchen outside the bathroom but does the job.

Disliked: The breakfast was not good. It lacked variety and there were no choices that clean eating(no refined sugar, no seed oil,etc..) It was basically eggs and not good sausage. No bacon, veggies, red meat, etc...

Disliked: I prefer to receive daily housekeeping with bed making, floor sweeping and bathroom wipe down. Housekeeping came after our second night. It felt somewhat clean. The bathroom floor still had hairs on it. I was aware of the housekeeping schedule, but prefer daily.
