Disappointed with being able to...

Liked: Location
Disliked: My family and I was visiting from Augusta because of a bad storm which caused us to have no lights or water in our home. The TV was not working in our room (109) and when I told the clerk at the front desk she said it will be a couple of days before it will be fixed. I was very disappointed because that was one of the reason we came to Columbia. As I stated we have no lights or water. I was looking forward to watching TV and getting a good night sleep.

We would not stay at...

Liked: The lady that checked us in was fabulous! Very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The pet fee is high $75. The room had stains on the curtains and in very bad need of updates/remodel. The bed frame had big scratches and marks. There was no mattress protector on the bed, and my mom slept on the sofa bed and got bit up by something in the night. Fleas or bed bugs!!! Left red bite marks on her arms and hands.
