Liked: Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Liked: The staff was excellent! Very accommodating and attentive.
Disliked: The room was very clean except the trash under the kitchen sink had not been taken out.

Passable

Liked: It was very comfortable.
Disliked: For the price I paid for a king suite it was very small especially for my husband who is in a wheel chair. Every time we came down for something there was someone at the counter maybe twice otherwise no one was to be found. Then they kept trying to charge my card multiple time and it got flagged for fraud.

Filthy and gross

Liked: We had stayed before and used to be ok, location is also ok. But room was really filthy this time.
Disliked: Horribly gross with hair and spots in bed, sofa bed, bedsheets, carpet and bathroom, kitchenette sink was pretty bad too. Worst experience we’ve had. Front desk people were kind and made best to help, switched us to another room that was better but still pretty dirty not vacuumed etc. we didn’t even felt like making use of free breakfast wondering what was the cleaning status for their kitchen.

Liked: Very professional young ladies at front desk. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Very nice experience.
Disliked: Night worker not helpful. Rather grumpy.
