Liked: I liked the location of the property. Nice pool. It's location is close to shopping and restaurant's. Nice and close to Kings Island which is why I chose to stay here. The guy at the front desk on Friday evening was very helpful with finding a close by bar to grab a drink at before the event I was attending at Kings Island.
Disliked: There was trash (empty little potato chip bags) still in garbage can under the desk, cleaning staff didn't take care of that or vacuum the floor. When using the shower the whole floor in the bathroom gets flooded because of poor design. Be prepared to ask for more towels while staying here. There was a bar tender on Thursday evening when I got there and was told there would be one on Friday but the bar was NOT open on Friday. No bartender on a Friday evening is not acceptable. I was hoping to have a drink before I went to the event at the Amusement Park instead I had to ask the nice guy at the desk where the nearest bar was to get a drink before I went to the event.
