Overall good property

Liked: Comfortable bed, the mini kitchen is a great added bonus and plenty of space in the room
Disliked: Pool was closed out entire stay, the half wall in the shower makes it cold to shower in, housekeeping did not come to room during our stay even after being requested

Expensive crash pad in downtown...

Liked: Convenient location downtown. Roomy with nice size kitchen.
Disliked: Remodel of old building- no character. Drab and uninviting. Not a lot to do in immediate vicinity but ok as a place to Uber or drive somewhere else. Sticky floors in kitchen and bathroom- yuck.

It was a wonderful stay!...

Liked: Very clean, modern, front desk staff super friendly and eager to tell you about the city! The valet driver was exceptional as well! Jamie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!
Disliked: The lady that served breakfast was extremely rude. I caught her at one point, rolling her eyes at me. I understand everyone has an off day, but it was two days in a row and didn't make me look forward to having breakfast.

Perfect location and great staff.

Liked: Room was clean, staff was very friendly, loved the game room downstairs, location was perfect!
Disliked: Needing to pay for parking- but I should not have been surprised bring downtown. An elevator broke the morning everyone was checking out.

Disliked: Sleeper sofa was small/ didn't pull out like i thought it would and would be very uncomfortable to sleep on. My 6 year old was supposed to sleep in it but ended up in the big bed instead.
