Liked: Love this hotel. Staff, location, cleanliness. Everything about it.
Disliked: That I used booking.com to book it. They are a disgusting company with trash customer service. A greedy unethical site. Will never use them aga. Remember when you book and it states No REFUND and god for bid a natural disaster happens like deva stating hurricanes and tornadoes and you loose everything you have. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU and will make you feel like HELL.THERE ARE LAWS in place when disasters happen they will get SUED!

Liked: The breakfast was great and well organized. The pool was nice and clean. Location was great.
Disliked: The caveat to a great location was the excess outside noise that you could hear from the room.

Terrible. We are owed money...

Liked: We booked this room online with Booking.com and when we arrived they told us there were no rooms and didn’t know why you sold us a room. We drove around for hours and had to find a less than pleasant room out of the way. We booked this so we could be close to airport for early departure for out of country trip. We were NEVER reimbursed for this booking with you as well!!!

Liked: The staff was kind
Disliked: The beds looked like someone had laid in them before. They replaced the sheets, but regardless that was a big turn down. The floors were almost always dirty in the lobby and in the elevators.

Liked: The beds were super comfortable. The check in process was very easy. The room was conveniently located on the first floor and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Liked: Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge.
Disliked: The breakfast had a lot of variety but was average in taste. There was a big stain on the couch in the room which was a bit off putting, but the rest of the room was very clean!
