Liked: Check in and check out was great. 3rd shift was AWFUL AND RUDE. Noise all night from trenage girls running the halls and screaming. TV didn't work. Tub and sink stopped up

Perfect location to stop on...

Liked: Clean, conveniently located by the I75 on our route to Florida. And the pillows are so comfortable! The indoor pool was great for the kids to stretch after a long drive. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful!

5 time staying here and...

Liked: Location- front desk clerks were helpful and friendly goo breakfast.
Disliked: Snow & Ice all over the parking lot and on the pavement leading up to doors.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It could be improved.
Disliked: Breakfast was missing items.

A special and professional hotel...

Liked: The attending front desk staff member was exceptionally accommodating and professionally knowledgeable when we checked in our ADA certified hearing aid dog. She even gave us a room designed to hearing impaired travelers, which made it easy for my husband and the dog function independently.
Disliked: It was a good experience, but a little bit confusing to find because this hotel was right behind another Marriott Hotel.
