Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It could be improved.
Disliked: Breakfast was missing items.

A special and professional hotel...

Liked: The attending front desk staff member was exceptionally accommodating and professionally knowledgeable when we checked in our ADA certified hearing aid dog. She even gave us a room designed to hearing impaired travelers, which made it easy for my husband and the dog function independently.
Disliked: It was a good experience, but a little bit confusing to find because this hotel was right behind another Marriott Hotel.

Ok but could be better

Liked: Room, towels and sheets were clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room had a bad smell. Pet fee amount was not mentioned on booking.com. The amount paid did not include the additional pet fee. Only to be charged more than I expected after the stay. The TV size is so small. My PC monitor is larger than it.
