Great as a respit place.
Liked: Clean. Organized. Everyone doing their job. Staff were great after you got to know them. Very stiff at first. Often on their phones. Rooms were nice. Equipped. Housekeeping was GREAT!
Disliked: Breakfast eggs were terrible! Entrance was somewhat hidden, certainly uninviting. Parking very tight in evening.

All good except for the...
Liked: Nice bathroom and kitchenet.
Disliked: The bed was horrible, worn down on one side. And the pillows were very thin.

Liked: Rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very reasonable rate for the area.
Disliked: The amount of plastic at breakfast was depressing. DO you really need to serve individual cereal from plastic containers?

Enjoyed everything other than the...
Liked: Loved how spacious the room was and how close we were to everything we wanted to do.
Disliked: When we arrived to the property, there was nobody to be found. A few other guests were waiting around the lobby as well. After waiting close to 45 minutes and checking not only every facility in the building but the hotel across the street to make sure everything was okay, we ended up being told to call the authorities because something was definitely wrong. That is when a nice lady came up front to assist us saying she was dealing with alarms going off and she was the only staff on the clock. We ended up being checked in but I’ve never experienced anything like that. I never ended up seeing that lady again, (I wish I got her name) who apologized several times and tried making things right but every other staff member I saw working the front desk was not welcoming whatsoever.
