Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. Although the parking fee seemed high, the ample parking space made it convenient. While room cleaning was rarely done, the front desk staff were responsive and replaced towels and emptied trash late at night whenever requested.
Disliked: During my 9-night stay, the room was cleaned only twice, and even the towels were not replaced unless I repeatedly requested them at the front desk. The meals were below expectations, and for the last three days, about a third of the dishes (warm food) were missing. It seemed to be due to the Christmas holiday, but from the customer's perspective, it felt like the hotel was indifferent to the decline in service quality.
