Other than the TV problems...

Disliked: The TV application was very disappointing, the TV stations were completely out of sinc , very frustrating

Comfortable rooms

Liked: Very comfortable rooms. Kitchen was very useful. Complimentary coffee was nice. :)
Disliked: Breakfast was O.K. Pool room temperature was cold.

Liked: Close to event
Disliked: Accommodations decent, but a bit expensive for our purposes. Found bugs in room. Sink drain in kitchenette dirty.

I was underwhelmed.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Lobby was small but coordinated.
Disliked: Bugs in the room, no room service, expensive for quality and location. Pillow uncomfortable. Not a full door to close shower.

the staff were friendly, tried...

Liked: I liked the short route to funeral home and cemetery where my mom would be buried
Disliked: struggling with the thermostat in a room, doesnt show heat or cool

Passable

Liked: The bed/pillow on window-side bed, was dirty/disgusting with blood/sweat stains. The cleaning staff dropped the ball!Since I needed a room & despite my lack of trust, I took new room which, fortunately was hyatt-brand compliant. Latest question to self: did I get dirty room because I was a booking. Com customer or simply, poor room management. Robin Wade
