Liked: The bed/pillow on window-side bed, was dirty/disgusting with blood/sweat stains. The cleaning staff dropped the ball!Since I needed a room & despite my lack of trust, I took new room which, fortunately was hyatt-brand compliant. Latest question to self: did I get dirty room because I was a booking. Com customer or simply, poor room management. Robin Wade

Great Facility but staff needs...

Liked: Actual building and room is quite nice. Beds very comfortable. Continental breakfast had enough options for different eaters.
Disliked: Although the staff was pleasant they were not very efficient. Upon entering the room we realized we had no toiletries (soap, cream, the usual stuff found on a hotel bathroom counter. Dishwasher in the kitchen also had dirty dishes in it. Told the staff and requested soap (at the very least) be placed in our room. Left room and came back at 12:20 am. Still no toiletries. Went down to reception where I waited for approximately 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk. Knocked on office door, called the hotel multiple time while waiting to alert someone that I was waiting for service. When someone did arrive I told them that I had made a request earlier in the day and still nothing had been done. Requested bar soap and returned to my room. When checking out I advised the staff again of the dirty dishes and the missing toiletries so that they could deal with the situation internally. I was advised that someone would call me from Management, No call. Not very professional.

Great experience, would come back...

Liked: Large Family Celebration of Life within the adjoining complex, We stayed with you but visited next door and we very pleased with our stay. Roomy and comfortable beds and rooms.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about!

Met all needs for resting.
