Liked: Nothing. Worst hotel experience of my life.
Disliked: Complete scam! The hotel is dirty, smells like cigarettes and it's falsely advertised.- The room was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, there was dust on the furniture, and the shower curtain was unwashed, with visible stains. The area near the window was covered in cigarette ash!- Even though Booking informed us there would be breakfast included, we were told that it was not available, and "cancelled yesterday". In fact, the receptionist advised us that "there is a stove, you guys can cook."- We were informed that the hotel had non-smoking rooms, but the room we were given had a strong and off-putting smell of cigarettes- Our room was supposed to have a queen-sized bed, but we got a smaller full bed instead.Furthermore, we found it deeply concerning that the Booking website shows the hotel as a 3-star establishment, while in reality, it is a 2-star hotel. Taken together, those issues have left us with a very negative impression of your hotel.Stay away at all cost!

Great sized suite, severely short...

Liked: The layout of the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family.
Disliked: We didn't have bedding for the sofa bed, we had registered for 5 so expected to be able to use as extra bed. Called front desk multiple times, no answer. When we went down to the front desk we were told they didn't have any clean sheets and we could come back tomorrow morning for some.We received 3 towels (for 5 people) again tried calling multiple times, finally got through and we're told we needed to bring the 3 dirty towels and could get clean ones. :(The entire facility seems severely short staffed! Breakfast had very limited amounts of foods, juice station was completely out of order, the one sweet lady was trying to keep up and very helpful.
