Excellent experience my son enjoyed...

Liked: Amazing hospitality 10 out 10 across the board 👏🏾 thank you for and amazing stay, the staff was amazing..
Disliked: Game room ,and putting a slide in the swimming pool for more fun for the whole family

Liked: Near lots of activities
Disliked: Requested a double queen room, but the floor was wet due to the a/c malfunctioning. The a/c had been repaired, but the face plate was hanging off it. Had to change rooms to a king suite. The mattress on the pull out couch was ripped and stained. So family of 5 all slept in the one king bed. Breakfast was mediocre.

Liked: The room was very clean, it was a nice size.
Disliked: The young lady at the front desk tried to charge me $20.00, extra telling me my card didn't go through. I looked at my credit card account. The payment did go through, I booked through a 3rd party. The young man credited my account back and apologized. The room also had a strange smell in it, I was very upset about that as well.
