An expensive room that was...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Halls and room were unvacuumed and dirty. Room was in disrepair and in need of maintenance

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The older lady tried to make it right that
Disliked: The walls were paper thin. The people above us was running and jumping and pulling furniture all night. Complained twice about 11:40 did nothing again at 3 she at least called. We called the hotel that morning of arrival the lady told us we could get the top floor. When we got there the girl told us we couldn't get the top floor. That was Saturday about 4 that we checked in. The older lady said to me the next morning there was no reason why I shouldn't of got the top floor

Liked: The staff Ms. Dee, Genesis and I forgot the other young lady's name but I know it starts with an L, were exceptional.....the best friendly staff you could ask for.

We had a great stay...

Liked: The location, the early check in, the cleanliness, location and breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing I would comment on was the AC it was loud.
