Great price, clean room, and...

Liked: staff and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: beds were a little too firm.

Liked: The look and location are the reasons I picked this place.
Disliked: I asked for a 1st floor room and when I arrived, there were 3 new TVs in that room. I had a fractured collar bone and needed access to the first floor with my contraption. I was moved instead of the TVs. The 2nd room was worse. Bathroom door was broken. It wouldn’t stay ajar and/or wouldn’t close all the way. No privacy for anyone. Shower was dirty. Furniture structure which holds the tv and desk was broken and hanging loose. No lighting in THAT back wall area. No bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast area was unattended and staff was rude even asked for help. Bad attitudes and lack of concern from the staff. This app wont let me send pics.

Disliked: The beds were smaller than expected for 2 people. The kitchen was smaller than expected as well. Overall, our stay was good
