I called to be sure that checking in after the concert was OK, even though it was so late - the desk person was so friendly! When we did check in (11:45 pm), the desk person was so friendly and helpful. The room was so beautiful and the beds were comfy; the pillows were awesome (I wanted to take them home)! When I called the front desk because the TV wasn't working, someone was sent up right away and got it working :) I will stay here again!

Disliked: Size of room vs. location and price. Seems that not much around the hotel with a relatively smaller room would have yielded a lower price.
