Liked: They have a nice big suite. It was clean and equipped.
Disliked: They checked us in at 5pm because of their late check outs but they kicked us out 11 am. No consideration or courtesy to let us check out late when we checked in late.

Great place to stay, will...
Liked: The property was well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly The breakfast was on point.
Disliked: The only hiccup was one of the elevators going down The elevator was working when I checked in and soon after went down.

Liked: I could not find the location to the establishment i made the reservation but was able ro find another location so I stayed there instead. I called the other location and was advised there was no manager available to assist me in cancelling my reservation and they took my name and number aftee 2 days no one called so i reached out again only to be told the aamething. Finally the "Front Manager" emailed me and tild me there was notjimg they could do to help and could not refund me my money because i did not enter the zip code on my GPS. I was charged $300 on top of a additional $189 for their hotel I actually did stay at.
Disliked: Professionalism and courtesty for what was a obvious unintential mishap. A full refund of the $300 I was charged for a hotel location i didnt stay at especially since i still stay at anotjer one of theie establishments and tried to call and cancel my reservation at the one i was unable to find
