Ever again

Liked: Where it was and the lady who checked us in
Disliked: The cost and the room was nasty with hair and dish were dirty ! Very uncomfortable !!! We paid 260 for absolutely horrible stay !!!

Anytime I visit Aiken SC...

Liked: We travel with a small dog and are often disappointed with the accommodations. Your hotel not only accepts pets, it is a first class hotel. Clean, modern, large refrigerator and a kitchenette. Plenty of parking, easy entry, pleasant staff and a great breakfast.
Disliked: I can’t think of one thing that could have been better.

Room felt unclean

Liked: The staff was great. Very courteous.
Disliked: Saw a roach in the bathroom within the first hour after checking in. We DO NOT have roaches in our home so that insect did not come with us. And the ventilation system had a smell of cigarette smoke for the entire stay.

Liked: Everyone was so nice. The staff really made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Disliked: Would have liked more towels in our room.
