The start could be better...

Disliked: 1) Booking.com added my middle initial to my last name and hotel's desk person could not find my reservation at first. Even showing him emails from Town Center in Bowie he insisted I call them instead of looking up by my first name. After 15-20 minutes as I was about to call, he then searched and found my reservation 🤔🤔2) The shower head in room 229 was not bolted or cemented to the shower wall

Liked: I did not have breakfast
Disliked: The registration was a problem. I booked the stay on 11/7 204 and received confirmation. I arrived at about 6pm and was told there was no registration. After about an hour I spoke with George ( forgot the last name but wrote it down) , who after going back n forth, indicated that my check in was 7pm but my confirmation indicates a check in time from 3pm.

Liked: It’s was a walk away from so many of my favorite food places. Give guys, chipotle, and Panera. There was macys, Victoria secret and footlocker. The complimentary breakfast was 10000/10.
Disliked: N/A

Good

Liked: I booked a king room and ended up having a uncomfortable full size bed. Besides that everything was well.
