Almost perfect with a little...

Liked: Clean room and perfect location which is close to large mall and small lake. I didn't use but there is indoor pool.The reception lady was very kind.
Disliked: Little bit higher price.

Liked: The room is good.
Disliked: The breakfast is not good enough.

Excellent hotel!

Liked: Exceptionally clean, well-run, comfortable and modern. Wonderfully comfortable beds.

Good location, great breakfast options,...

Liked: Location was great, room was clean, staff was friendly, good breakfast options. Parking was adequate. Loved that there was a good sense of Michigan football happenings by the staff.
Disliked: Breakfast area was small and made it hard to navigate when crowded. Wish we would have been able tot try out the pool; it looked like maybe they hosted a swimming party one morning?

Liked: close to mall and u of m for my surgerynext day
Disliked: we booked a king suite over a month in advance and when we got there they said we got upgraded to a queen suite. we wanted the king bed and the desk that came in that room so my husband could get some work done on his laptop. That wasnt an upgrade at all to me, more like they gave away our room and that's all they had left

Clean and Comfy Suite

Liked: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We liked the kitchenette, and it was nice that the refrigerator was full-size. The couch was relatively comfortable, and the ottoman with the tray was convenient for eating or sitting drinks.
Disliked: The only downside was the placement of the television, which was on the small side. The breakfast was lacking but there was something you could grab to hold you until you could get a real meal.
