Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking garage not well labeled for exit with vehicle.

I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Liked: -liked having a full kitchen and a comfortable living room-we had a good view from the 24 th floor-liked that it was a short walk from the grocery store and the metro station-Sanya at the front desk was very friendly, she assured that our needs were met-I would like to personnal say a special thank you to the manager Gloriana Franco for taking good care of us to assure that we got a proper breakfast as we had booked in October of 2024 and as of January 2025 they were no longer serving a continental breakfast-I would also like to personnaly say thank you to the owner and staff of Church Street Espresso for the wonderful food -breakfast they have provided us during our stay
Disliked: -would of liked better quality pillows and some paper towel for the kichen for cleaning/wipping kitchen area

Liked: Staff was helpful. Bathroom was really nice. Large rooms with kitchen.
Disliked: Heating was broken? and you cant open windows fully. Also in the neighbourhood south of the hotel you find above average "crazy" people on the streets.

Liked: Great facilities. Excellent kitchen. Lots of room.
Disliked: Phone did not work in the room. Did not find out until I tried to call my husband from the hospital. That was how we planned to stay in touch. Very stressful.Cleaning staff gave incorrect directions to the parking garage. I have limited mobility and the extra walking was painful.
