Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking garage not well labeled for exit with vehicle.

I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Liked: The 2 bedroom suite was huge. Perfect amount of space for what we needed.
Disliked: No tvs in the bedrooms and the living room tv was not a smart tv

Liked: The amenities and location was great! We were minutes from the Subway and the continental breakfast was a lovely addition.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable unfortunately.

It was ok.

Liked: Close to the subway station. Location is close to lots of restaurants within waking distance. Coffee was good in the breakfast room.
Disliked: Room was worn and aging. Price was doubled from a previous stay because the Taylor Swift concert was in Toronto. No variety to the breakfast grab and go. Same stuff in 4 days. Would be nice to offer boiled eggs, or croissants or different pastry.

Liked: was pleasantly surprised with the room itself
Disliked: would have loved a small kitchenette, but it did not impact our stay at all
