I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.
Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Would recommend, will stay again.
Liked: Bed was huge, view was nice.
Disliked: Wish the balconies or at least the windows opened. Also had hoped to swim but it was closed.

Superb
Liked: Plenty of space, shame not there longer to relax in it. Proper cooking equipment so the key is to drop off en route to the hotel and pick up some supplies.I also like the position near Bloor/Jonge Subway station, gives access to everywhere. It also provides direct access from the airport via the UP Express Train and Bloor station on to subway line 2. No need to route via Union Station. Quicker and cheaper.
Disliked: I missed the foyer quick coffee and bun facility, now withdrawn but now I know I will just collect something en route to the hotel.

Pleasant
Liked: The location was good for where we were going. Having kitchen facilities
Disliked: The shower leaked out onto the floor. The parking was very expensive. $45.00 to park is too much. The continental breakfast should be included for the price paid.

We appreciate the newly decorated...
Liked: The room was spacious, very clean and tidy, well decorated. The kitchen was a bonus but not used. The location was good as we didn't visit due to our canceled medical appointment.
Disliked: The Kleenex & toilet paper could have been of better quality! The living room furniture was a bit hard but we really didn't stay very long to have any issues with it.Getting to the parking garage from the lobby was a maze and there were lots of stairs to maneuver with bags.

Nice little 2-3 star hotel
Liked: The location was convenient. The room was clearly being upgraded.
Disliked: Despite upgrades, there were obvious signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The kitchen island was not attached to the floor! Just a bunch of low-grade damages that broth down the experience overall. Breakfast is barely continental. No gluten-free options.

In conclusion: If I can’t...
Liked: Pros: It is cheaper than most hotels in the area, it is well located, and they have a underground parking (no valet and unlimited entry) for an additional $40/night. The deluxe king room has a big living room and kitchen.
Disliked: Cons: As mentioned by others, the quality of the room is not what you can expect of a « deluxe », it’s still better than nothing. There is no sound insulation between rooms, so we could hear that the hotel is in renovation (drills and hammering). The room was very chilly and there was no heat unit in the bedroom (reviewed during winter). However, what irritated me to no end was the fact that there was a fire inspection from the 2nd to the 8th floor and while the 24th (my floor) wasn’t concerned, a loud message woke us up at 9am. After that, they periodically ring the room every 3 min or less.Btw, we weren’t noticed of this BEFORE seeing the notes in the elevator, even during the check-in there was no mention of those fire inspections by the staff.
