Superb

Liked: Excellent location. Quiet. The best thing in the room is that a good kettle and a cafetiere is provided together with ground coffee, as well as teas. This was an excellent facility not found in other hotels.The shower is excellent. Breakfast was good.

Underwhelming and outdated

Liked: Okay central location, close to a bus stop and no stress of losing your key(card) since you open the door with a code. Staff is pleasant.
Disliked: Everything is outdated and because of much wear and tear, it feels unclean. The double bed is just two singles together. The blanket was tiny and thin. Thin walls so lots of noise from neighboring rooms and also outside. The air conditioning is a portable one that doesn't do much. The shower head was incredibly dirty and needs replacement. There's a dirty water kettle in the room that I didn't even dare to use, and some loose coffee. You don't get a reply to questions through the booking app. I'm glad I booked so far in advance for a low price, this hotel isn't worth it.

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: I chose the hotel out of three options a was very disappointed. The duvet was very small and uncomfortable. The room interior is very basic and plain and not modern at all. The bathroom had marks in the wall that needed to be fixed and looked quite dated. It felt more like a hostel than a proper hotel. Too expensive for what it is.

Liked: A cute, apparently family-run hotel, centrally located. Nice attention to detail with a tea and coffee maker. Comfortable beds and additional bedding in the cupboard. Nice staff and Gurmeet was super friendly. Loved that they have brochures at the reception on Wiesbaden and a small collection of snacks. Clean rooms and nicely ventilated.
Disliked: I would have proffered a slightly larger side table and an easier shower. Wasn't intuitive in terms of shutting it down and the flush had to be pressed a few times.

Disliked: Checkout time is 11:00Am and I am not aware of it,was busy with some urgent work.staff knocked the door at 11:10 and saying you need to checkout right now so I said sure and with in 20min I did checkout.11:30 I came to reception , she asked me to pay 15 euros for 30min late. Staff is very arrogant. They should understand the customer and 30 min should be acceptable.
