Liked: Location and friendly staff
Disliked: I stay there every time I’m in the area, I don’t know if they got new beds in but the mattress was really firm

Enhance the customer service at...

Liked: The room is spacious. Clean. Mark was friendly and good customer service.
Disliked: The front desk staff wasn’t friendly ( not all but most). Nowhere to buy snack or to drink in the properties.

Liked: Location to the airport.
Disliked: The fact that the sight said free airport shuttle when in fact they don't do that anymore. But they came through and got my daughter to the airport.
