Disliked: The fact that the sight said free airport shuttle when in fact they don't do that anymore. But they came through and got my daughter to the airport.

Liked: The hotel facility very clean as well as the bedroom and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. They had a good assortment of breakfast items and the break room was clean and neat.

Liked: They didn't have enough options to eat. We didn't stay to eat because of that. So we went to eat somewhere else.

Liked: The lobby area how it was lit up and clean, also to know it was a pool and hot tub.
Disliked: The bathroom toilet it's to low for elderly people, like my mom.

Liked: Clean and well kept. Staff very nice. Beautiful facility.
Disliked: The very short toilets in the bathroom. Hard to use for older people. Great for small children. No ports to charge cell phones in room. You need to have an adapter. Bed was very firm.
