Liked: The staff was very friendly at all times.
Disliked: This hotel needs updating. It was advertised as a 3.5 resort but was more like a 2.5. I did not like it that there would be an effort to sell a vacation program. This should of been revealed before booking.

Liked: The room (efficiency apartment) was great! Completely stocked with everything that you need: washer and dryer, full kitchen, sitting area, great view, etc. Cleaniness and great amenities.

Liked: It was very clean, the staff was amazing ! We couldn't check in till 4. However, they allowed us to unload our car and they stored our luggage. Also they allowed ys to change and use the pool until our room was ready. Thats what I call great service !
