As soon has you enter the hotel you could tell that it was a classy hotel. I was greeted by a member of staff who directed me to the desk to check in; the staff were all so helpful. The room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was first class - plenty of everything. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they need to stay in London.

Liked: Staff, room size, kitchen, even they provided us a baby chair.

I have booked 2 rooms...

Liked: I have booked 2 rooms for 5 friends we were celebrating one of our friends birthday. We arrived at 14:30 pm and we got 1 Room at around 15:00 the other room wasn’t ready they said that they would call us about the other room when was ready to the number provided on the booking we had lunch at restaurant and there was no call until 16:25 pm on the room telephone, but one of our friend had left because the room wasn’t ready she didn’t want to wait. We tried to make a complaint but they were passing to this manager to that manager the staff was all disorganised, then at 20:45 they had the cheek to ask if we still want the room obviously we said yes we paid for it the payment wasn’t refundable , this was a shambles not what I expected for my friends birthday I am very disappointed .
