Linda L, Herne Bay, visiting Tower Of London Thu, 24 November 2022
As soon has you enter the hotel you could tell that it was a classy hotel. I was greeted by a member of staff who directed me to the desk to check in; the staff were all so helpful. The room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was first class - plenty of everything. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they need to stay in London.
Liked: The staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good location, slight boujie feel,...
Liked: Location right next to Tower Hill station and the DLR line was good. Also Tower Bridge being right around the corner was cool. Reception had a nice vibe. Apartment style of the room was a unique touch. Bathroom was boujie.
Disliked: Felt like the hotel plays on the "view of tower of london" thing heavily, but only a small amount of rooms have it. LOADS of light switches but none seemed to work the specific lights that they were labelled with. Bed was average, not the best. Room felt a bit lifeless. Didn't feel like a £600 experience.
