A great hotel in a...

Liked: It’s in a great location and some of the service like the valet parking etc was really good.
Disliked: I paid for an upgraded room (a sanctuary suite) but it was super near to the plant room and we were woken up at 05:00 each morning by the plant switching on. It also had a weird outside space which seemed to be shared with the next door room. The reception staff were a mixed bag, some really friendly and helpful others not so much

Nice location.

Liked: Location is great and decor is really nice. I think it could be fun to have a group of friends book separate rooms and enjoy the shared roof deck.
Disliked: I don’t think it was targeted to me and my daughter with loud music playing outside, over-capacity minibar, trucker hats for sale, and mens smelling toiletries. I think it suits a certain clientele that we were not.

Liked: Amazing location, and friendly, accommodating staff! Wonderful amenities & restaurant… Will definitely be back!

Liked: Fantastic location, great building, comfortable room.
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was that the hotel did not have a pool, hot tub, or gym.
