Liked: Very good early breakfast and a lovely warm room.
Disliked: Every thing was good.

Close to seafront with parking....

Liked: I didnt have breakfast as it was a tad early after a night out.
Disliked: Everything was so nice. Clean, spacious, friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly too . My only criticism is that the fridge in the room is very noisy turning on and off all night.... kept us awake.

Liked: The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with suitcases etc. which we appreciated. The Dining Room looked great with all the Christmas decorations and the room (and bed) were large and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Substantial breakfast with lots of choice.Very welcoming hosts.Room was clean and comfortable and a good size, especially important for us as we had two dogs who needed crates in the room. There was plenty of room for us as well.Coffee, tea and biscuits in the room were much appreciated.
Disliked: Not sure there was anything that could have been improved. It perfectly met our needs.
