Liked: Staff were welcoming, excellent breakfast, room was basic, but clean, fresh, contemporary.
Disliked: The only issue we had was the difficulty in finding the location. It would be great if the host sent a map ahead of time.

Liked: Such a lovely unique hotel. It was clean and beautifully presented. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was fabulous. The ladies were lovely too

Simply love this mini hotel!

Liked: Love the decor, the amenities, the cleanliness and above everything the breakfast! Self checking in seems a bit complicated, but the host sent us detailed instructions and was kind enough to send her daughter over to help out even on a Sunday night.
Disliked: Not really about the property. Its being close to the train station suites our plans well. But people who want to be close by the old town centre should note that there’s a 15-20 minutes walk between this property and the old town centre.

Liked: Proximity to the railway station for an early morning train. Possible to walk into the city centre. Bathrooms fittings and furnishings fairly new.
Disliked: Having to be able to download a video showing the front door in a vast residential housing complex and giving the complicated info about the position of the door key code machine (not easy with my old phone), being in a rather scruffy housing estate, not a hotel at all, no fire escape at all other than the staircase and iron bars on the window preventing alternative escape. No reception staff, confusion over the phone messaging system with the owner about the room number. One dirty cup in the bathroom and no other drinking cups for use in the bathroom. Very basic, though quite new, furnishings. Far more basic than IbIS's most economy rooms. The housing estate is in a dark lit area beside the railway lines of Bologna station, poorly lit and I would not like to come here as a woman alone. Hopeless 'hot breath' hair dryer - bring your own! Posing as a hotel without the staff or security of one. No shops nearby for coffee or early morning breakfast food.
