Liked: The kitchen has everything you need, and the lounge has amazing views

Great hostel with epic views

Liked: It´s a great place in retro design yet with all the comfort you can imagine in a hostel. The double room was quiet and large, the facilities were clean and the panoramic lounge (with mountain view) was exceptional. The staff was really helpful and kind and the mini shop on site was well-equipped with snacks and beer. I hope I can get back someday.

Excellent set-up, exceptionally well looked...

Liked: Friendly, easygoing atmosphere. Great to share living space with likeminded, respectful people. Stunning walks (of course!) and perfect facilities to come home to after a walk.

Good hostel to stop over...

Liked: The bunk room was a decent value, the kitchen was excellent, well equipped as the lounge areas were very nice.
Disliked: The bed mattress was old and saggy, not very comfortable.

Short but delightful

Liked: Location was beautiful, rooms clean and tidy, staff friendly, lounge area was beautiful overlooking the mountain. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had plenty of room.
Disliked: Nothing!

Very friendly staff, great facilities...

Liked: Various ovens for guests to cook meaning it wasn’t overcrowded. Very clean and done the job.
Disliked: Room did not have a window therefore it got very stuffy. Always nice to get fresh air. There was also a fire exit light in the room which made the room very bright making it hard to sleep. Felt unnecessary as there was only one door in the room. Suppose it’s hit and miss with hostels but the energy / vibe was non existent the communal rooms deadly silent and people whispering. Made us feel uncomfortable

Liked: located in Torridon, a nice place to stay when travel NC 500. Very clean and well maintained. parking on site.
