Disappointing

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: Room was nice but small no breakfast even though it said there was breakfast. next day they told me I couldn't have my bike in room but had nowhere to lock up bikes .pieces of dry wall all over floor for days , nothing in vending machines . I won't be back

Very clean, update room décor,...

Liked: The location near the assisted living home where my mother now resides was walking distance.There were also a number of nice restaurants also within walking distance.No security deposit was requested which helped my very tight holiday budget.
Disliked: No coat hangers to hang clothing - so clothing was placed on the floor.Extremely long check-in process. I think the manager on duty had an issue with the computerized booking process and at no time provided an update during the long wait.When I left I made it a point to tell the manager on duty that I enjoyed my stay but he entirely disregarded my comment with no response. I like to feel a start to a long-term relationship with staff since I may be using this hotel in the future.

Liked: Hotel was under renovation which we knew before booking. Our room had been renovated to a decent standard
Disliked: Lack of breakfast

Liked: There were no vending machines, ice machines etc and no pool for the price.Poorly working TV messed volume.
Disliked: Nothing was offered for the high price .

Bad

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: There was ants all over the bed was very uncomfortable I kept itching all over couldn't sleep very well loud noisy outside

Disliked: It wasn’t very clean. Not easy to necessities. Their idea of a breakfast is two cereal options in a dispenser.
