Disliked: No fridge freezer, just 1 big fridge. Very tired room, cobwebs up by ceiling in shower

No sleep

Liked: It was close to the beach and main centre of town
Disliked: It was so incredibly noisy at night. We were there on NYE and the 2 nights following however our room was right next to the hotel and so we had music literally blasting into our room until after midnight. On our last night the band stayed next to us and played music until 2.30am which only stopped because we rang the police. When I asked the hotel about the noise they said this is stated on booking.com however I can not see this written anywhere. There is no way I would ever stay here again.

Fabulous value for money

Liked: Huge house, that was very clean and in a fantastic location. Excellent value for money.I would highly recommend!Great having off street parking.
Disliked: Having an extra bathroom or shower in Laundry would make a huge difference. Maybe a mirror in toilet would be beneficial for makeup if someone else using bathroom.

Disappointing - the rooms need...

Liked: It was a nice clean room, staff were friendly and very helpful with all our needs
Disliked: Loud thumping music on most of the night, could be heard in the rooms like there was a nightclub in the room

Good, comfortable stay apart from...

Liked: Good location with 5 minute walk to beach with plenty of food options and 15-20 minute walk to main shops and cafes on esplanade or outlets on main road. There is also a pub and restaurant available on premises. Enjoyed coffee in the morning around the corner at Frothers.
Disliked: Music was quite load/noisy every night we stayed from Friday to Sunday night and music finished between 12.30-1am, so if you are a light sleeper then this would not be the best accommodation for you. Room was small queen bed and single bed, fridge, tv., desk and small outdoor area connecting each room through open fence. Bathroom was renovated but room could use a little uplift. Thought accommodation was a little pricey for what you get, including noise.
