Disliked: 1. Need to pay for WiFi 2. Cannot connect to Bluetooth, the maintenance staff doesn’t know how to fix either3. Staff unfriendly when delivering food4. Ac is really loud and the pipe makes a lot of noise during the night - couldn’t fall asleep at all because of that

Liked: Very clean and decorated. Was very inviting.
Disliked: A few of our family got stuck in the elevator. We asked to change our reservation and everything was an additional cost. Or stay ended up being really expensive for one night. The bathroom door in our hotel room was broken. And a man in the hotel followed our children around on the 6th floor and made our visit extremely anxious.

Perfect place to stay on...

Liked: Very new and clean. Great customer service. The room was spacious. Comfortable bed. In a perfect location for where we needed to be. We also made use of the large and well equipped gym. We will stay again when we come back!
