I was very pleased overall with this hotel. I was particularly pleased with the availability of transportation to and from my event on Saturday. My only complaint is that the WiFi went out a couple of times and had to be restarted.

Liked: Excellent room and excellent service from your staff.
Disliked: WiFi Internet a little spotty.

Disliked: The room smelled like someone had just had a smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell never left over the 20 hours we were there. You shouldn't have to pay $12 a day for parking. We drove around the lots for 20 minutes on Saturday night trying to find a spot. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They are efficient but not friendly. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them.

Absolutely amazing!

Liked: This hotel was amazing! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and the staff could not have been more friendly. The room was spacious and was exactly what we were looking for in terms of a good place to sleep and keep our things while we spent the majority of our time in the city.
Disliked: The floor of the bathroom was weirdly warm, almost as if it was heated. It was very uncomfortable, but not entirely unmanageable.

Disliked: Headboard fell off. Extra cot for one night was an added cost.

Disliked: Our room was cold since the balcony didn’t close properly. And where was a centipede in our room. It was okay.

Disliked: I was charged for parking, the fee should have been included in the total price of the stay.
