I was very pleased overall with this hotel. I was particularly pleased with the availability of transportation to and from my event on Saturday. My only complaint is that the WiFi went out a couple of times and had to be restarted.

Liked: Excellent room and excellent service from your staff.
Disliked: WiFi Internet a little spotty.

Disliked: The room smelled like someone had just had a smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell never left over the 20 hours we were there. You shouldn't have to pay $12 a day for parking. We drove around the lots for 20 minutes on Saturday night trying to find a spot. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They are efficient but not friendly. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them.

Liked: Faucet in bathroom needs to be tightened.Chairs are not very comfortable.Some of the drawers need inside cleaning.Picture frame needs adjustment.Restaurant feels more like a hospital cantene.

Liked: The location was the best part about the stay. The hotel could be nice and I’m sure it was very nice 50 years ago! But it needs some work and some money and care to restore the beautiful place it once was! So it’s going to take about 50 million in my estimation and I’m happy to do the work for you
Disliked: Cleanliness for sure. But the beds were clean and pretty comfortable so that’s why I gave fair overall. The location is great and the hotel could be too!
