Rude staff

Liked: It's nice facilities with pool but not a kids friendly.
Disliked: Staff ! Worst with customer service. Expressed her annoy attitude toward customers, unexceptable at all. This was our second time stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the unexperiece staff with a really bad attitude of customer service .She told our kids off for being noisy at the pool during daylight of swimming hour around 5- 6 pm. we are here for leisure and was super disappointed.

Great hotel

Liked: The hotel is in a great location and the room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and I liked that wifi and parking were included. The pool was also a bonus.
Disliked: The parking spaces are quite small and I have a small car. The families staying there were also quite inconsiderate when leaving making heaps of noise at 6AM, waking everyone up.

Whilst my stay was good...

Liked: The room was as expected. Bed, bathroom and tea or coffee
Disliked: The noisy neighbour before 7am. Noisy child/children and car doors slamming.
