Liked: Location - small rooms but clean and good bed
Disliked: Rude rude rude - staff were so rude especially the manager it was like they wanted you to leave hanging outside the room at 8am making racket. No one said hello or goodbye / could not believe managements family were everywhere having bbqs and kids screaming and carrying on in the pool - we were to scared to have a swim as the hotels family members had taken over the whole pool area - so what were we paying for ? The bbq area was the smoking area so if you want to have a smoke you are doing it where people are eating although it was the family who own the hotel using the facilities so I guess they didn’t mind. Was just such an uncomfortable experience - won’t be back when there are so many other options to stay.

Liked: Everything worked and the location is handy to the Coffs Harbour business centre. The room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: The rooms are showing their age, the vanity tap was loose and the car parking is very tight when the park is full.
