Really enjoyed!

Liked: Excellent location right on seaside. Nice view from the room balcony. Quiet neigbourhood. Short distance to Flagler Beach center.
Disliked: They could had had the room floor cleaned before our arrival.

The only positive is the...

Disliked: The shower knob fell off so none of us were able to shower. The curtains had rips throughout them. The room reaked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom mirror was a smoky 8x10 portrait picture size. The comforter was stained. The pool bottom cut out son’s feet.

Quirky, but safe and good...

Liked: The location is great. Coffee and juice were available 24/7.
Disliked: Room issues…sink, heat/ac, no blankets.

Superb

Turned into a dump

Liked: We stayed here 10 tines. This time was awful. Dirty nasty the light bulb went out in the bathroom. We asked for a new bulb 3 times before we were given a lamp with one bulb. Mind you there were 2 places for bulbs. I could not let my small children in the bathroom alone in fear they would get shocked. The room had roaches. The stove was nasty. Only one eye worked. We had 3 small dogs and was charged for 4. It was an awful stay. Not like any other time before. Sad to see this hotel go down. Was once our favorite place to stay in Flagler Beach.

Liked: There’s a lot of negative reviews about this place and it scared me to book here but I did anyway and all those reviews are bogus! Unless it was awhile ago because the room was very clean and beautiful literally right in front of the ocean as well! The staff was awesome as well! Me and my family will definitely be back
