Pleased with hotel. Ticked all...

Liked: Great location for tube & some bus links around central London. Hotel warm, clean & friendly. Also, it's great they have a left luggage room. This was a big help for me.
Disliked: Pillows too thin and bed slightly uncomfortable, could feel some of the springs.

Liked: I loved the clean and elegant design, the seamless check-in and check-out process, the friendly staff, and the fantastic location near shops, a park, and underground stations.

Liked: Very comfortable hotel, much better than others of a similar price. The room was ideal and spotlessly clean. Very quiet street and perfect location - 5 minutes from underground, very close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Felt a safe area.
Disliked: Nothing. The room was very warm even with the heating off. Perfect for me, but others might find it too much.

Value for money

Liked: Great location, close to both the central and circle tube lines. Really nice area, felt very safe for a solo traveller. Staff were really nice and accommodating.
Disliked: Overall the property was great but the rooms are quite small (fine for one or two nights) and have old carpets that make the room very dusty. The beds are also extremely firm which is a negative for me, but may be a pro for someone else.
