Liked: Courteous friendly management, quiet environment, clean as a whistle, comfortable bed, sunny breakfast dining room, short walk to Hawksburn Station. Highly recommend.

Disliked: Would have liked a bedside table and lamp for the single bed.

A lovely friendly traditional place...

Liked: The owner was very courteous and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The location is very close to the Frankston line so getting about was very easy.
Disliked: It is close to the rail lines so you’ll hear the trains.

Pleasant stay overall

Liked: Quiet old school boutique hotel stay, has the style of a turn of last century gentleman's club....Very old but all the amenities are there including aircon that works, TV, well equipped bathroom. Onsite parking was surprisingly easy.
Disliked: Mattress is very firm, like being on a rock. Staff invisible throughout the stay. Williams Road is a nightmare. The door to the bathroom was wide open during the middle of the night, I was sure I shut it - is this place haunted!? Lolz...
