Liked: So, it’s within the budget belt of Paddington so great location, lots about but each hotel tends to have a trade off. I’d booked for solo occupancy but got a larger room which was great albeit third floor (all steps!). Rooms are standard, bit scruffy but got what you need, bathrooms are clean, towels etc Fridge a bonus but big offset on this side of Norfolk Sq is that you can feel the tubes passing under the hotel. Staff were friendly and available, processed breakfast included which was ok and provided the night before as I was leaving early each day.

Liked: The location was not bad.
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned, decaying food on the floor. Bathroom sink kept getting blocked. Draft and gaps in main window with noise clearly hearable from the street. The curtain used barely covered the window with daylight beaming through at sunrise. Construction work being outside on the building adding to noise pollution, I even woke up to a man standing in my balcony!!

Disliked: We were a family of 5 breakfast was all bread and yogurts no fruit or cereal. Only 2 chairs in the room which posed a problem for us to actuenjoy any food in our accommodation.
