Liked: Grate place for short stay!

Not a good bang for...

Liked: The hot tub and pool were nice to use during our stay.
Disliked: That there was no storage accommodations for equipment (ski's, boots, etc). The room was much smaller than I thought it would have been as shown online, so having to bring all of our gear into the room made for very tight quarters. Most people probably come here for skiing/snowboarding/hiking and the like, so not having accommodations there to make an already small room seem a bit bigger would have been a nice touch. The beds seemed dated and uncomfortable. We never had room service (cleaning, beds made) during our 3 nights stay, nor did we ever see a maid walking around. Our garbage was left to overflow, so I had to bring it to the front desk and ask for extra garbage bags.

Liked: Good location. Easily accessible. Suite layout was great.
Disliked: Pretty rundown. Carpets dirty. Everything was just a tiny bit gross.

Liked: Not much the staff didn’t answer my questions about Jasper, I tried asking a few times but seemed very transactional they were just worried about making money not how the guest experience was
Disliked: Was very loud outside they let anyone into the hot tub area not very kid friendly, they left dirty towels in our room that were used to clean the bathroom, very overpriced for what was offered, tried asking about the jasper activities got no a see from the staff, went into lobby to coffee and staff was very judgmental about how much coffee and hot water guest were using
