Very pleasant one night stay...

Liked: Room was clean, warm and tidyreception area and bar pleasantvery pleasant staff
Disliked: Bathroom was a little tired particularly the shower.

Book a different hotel

Liked: The front of the property is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and have all the basic necessities they have a lovely selection of teas, coffee biscuits, and chocolates.
Disliked: The breakfast was awful. There was a cheese platter but the cheese had been out for so long. It had turned to plastic fruit selection wasn’t great. My husband and daughter got food poisoning. They had severe stomach aches after as they both had watermelon. Not Sure, when it was cut. Breakfast was very limited as we are vegetarian hashbrowns are full of oil.Inside the hotel grounds, it is seem quite old and worn out. I had requested for an iron and ironing board to be put in my room prior to my arrival. The iron from the plate side was completely black. If I had used it on my clothes I’m sure my clothes would’ve stained and got burnt. I had to then request for another iron to be delivered. Then I went on to use the hairdryer later that evening and surprise surprise. The hairdryer was not working and again I had to request for another hairdryer. I would probably write this 2 star.
