Liked: Just a one night stay - the after hours checkin process was seamless The room was better than expected. Price very reasonable for the location and the quality of the room. Would definitely return for a longer visit.

Disliked: No toaster in the apartment- apparently a fire risk due to crumbs. If housekeeping clean a toaster after each guest l, there would be no crumbs and no fire risk! Invection cook top. Fry pan didn't work because not suitable. So. No eggs, no bacon and no toast. Need a strainer in the apartment too. Thanks

Liked: Tom’s Court is a hidden gem in the middle of the city….really smart, sooo comfortable and with a team of exceptional staff who are fantastic, friendly and so,helpful 😊

Liked: The hotel was a great place to stay. It is located right next to a tram stop - very convenient to use public transport. The staff were friendly and provided helpful directions to locations and how to best use public transport & prioritise safety. The room was well kept and amenities were decent - including microwave, kettle, coffee machine & limited cutlery & dinnerware. Overall, a great place to stay.
Disliked: The room was bit noisy as the adjoining rooms are right next door, so you could hear the noise.
