Liked: The warm welcome from Claudia, our consiege. The room was warm and comfortable especially with rainy weather descending
Disliked: Nothing really although a bit more inhouse information about Turino would have been useful

It was great

Liked: The location was great! Not far from the railway station. It’s convenient to get to the centre by foot. The room was clean and comfortable. We were provided with bottles of water, tea, sweets.It was easy to get to the apartment and the manager met us and explained everything! Thank you!
Disliked: Everything was good!

Liked: Very nice and welcoming staff, showing a lot of care.
Disliked: The air was a bit humid in the room, also giving a certain smell.

Great stay ideal for a...

Liked: Friendly receptionist. Close to centre and other restaurants and bars. Ideal for a quick trip. Had all basic necessities.
Disliked: Pretty sure the air con didn't work in our room - it was September though so it wasn't needed too much, the bed was incredibly loud and squeaky and it would have been nice to have had a little bit of milk.

Liked: The room with a large bed was decorated in a very original way. The room also has its own bathroom, TV and a small safe. Very friendly hostess who was more worried than us about the delay of our train. It was nice to receive water and chocolate as a gift.
