Disappointing due to staff.

Liked: Good surroundings and room
Disliked: Bad staff. Zero understanding when we were late to check out even after explaining that we had a long flight and thus took longer to pack . They charged us for late check out and additionally for another amount that they had mistakenly not charged on check-in. Really disappointing customer experience. This is the type of attitude that makes a customers not recommend the hotel.This is a golf resort by Marriott, we thought that they had some standards to live up to.

Liked: Very close to Penn State campus. The resort was secluded and quiet while still being close to the campus and other activities. Resort restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet with several options.
Disliked: The decor was a little dated but neat and clean.
