Not what we expected -...

Liked: WiFi was good.
Disliked: When we arrived the restaurant was closed due to a flooding issue which meant withers was no breakfast available for following morning. We had not been informed of this before arriving at the hotel despite then having our contact details. I purposely chose this hotel because breakfast was included. We were refunded for breakfast but it would have been cheaper booking via booking.com without breakfast than what we paid. In the morning, breakfast appeared open but we had not been informed so it was too late. Also, one window would not close/lock so kept opening making the room cold. We had to ask for this to be sorted and the window was tapped up.

Liked: Bed was compfy
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, marks all over bedding. Bed was compfy though.Overpriced for what the room is . asked to check in early over the phone the day before which was agreed, when it came to me signing in early at the restaurant the man questioned this, I told him to check his notes. This needs to be written down before customers show, so they avoid the customer feeling like they arnt being honest about this. Hopefully next time I stay it will be better.

Liked: Room was clean and very spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The bar seemed to shut early. Couldn't even get a hot chocolate in the evening because the machine had been turned off!!
