Great

Liked: Really nice place. Would stay again. Really clean and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Needs a fan in the rooms. Was warm and couldn't really open the window, because of the busy road.

Liked: Close to hospital friendly staff good carvery facilities good for allergy problems with food staff very helpful and knowledgeable especially Andtea
Disliked: Room smelt sweaty no smart TV limited gluten free menu and no gluten free desserts or bread products at breakfast or Yorkshire puddings rtc

Nice place for a couple...

Liked: Nice clean room, not far to walk from outer door, felt nice and secure. Super friendly staff.
Disliked: Noisy plumbing in bathroom during the night, and tiny sink with no plug, in accessible bathroom.

it was over priced and...

Liked: The room was cold and the heating did not properly. The lights did not work. The breakfast we had on the Saturday was awful. The black pudding had dried out by being left out it was disgusting. The whole experience was terrible. We stay there often but no more
Disliked: The cold room and food
