Christmas stay made unnecessarily complex.

Liked: Convenience ,near to Castle Hill Hospital where my husband is a patient.
Disliked: The complexity of your booking system .It was not possible to book online for the nights 24 and 25/12 2024 inc.I have been staying at Toby Innkeepers Willerby Hull since 19/12/2024 and merely wished to retain my room and extend my stay. to be near my husband who is seriously ill in Castle Hill Hospital Hull.In order to extend the booking, I had to find the tel number of Toby Innkeepers Head Office Birmingham and speak to a member of staff, who , by their tone of voice, demonstrated nil empathy and customer care. The price was also increased . I was coldly informed 'There were no offers over Christmas'. I was already in a stressful situation.I wish to stress all staff from room maids to bar staff ,deputy manager Andrea and manager Chris at Innkeepers Willerby Hull have been very helpful and kind to me during my 9 nights stay.The care package of fruit etc they gave me on Christmas Day was a much appreciated, kind gesture.

Liked: The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.It was a good size bathroom which had obviously been refurbed quite recently.The staff were helpful and friendly.The Carvery is excellent and very good value for money.
Disliked: It was very difficult to connect to the WIFI and in fact we could not use it at all.
