Liked: Stayed many times thus time we had a newly decorated room. Excellent bathroom
Disliked: The service for our meal was appalling had to complain serval times. Got fed up with waiting I went to the bar and asked to speak to manager. The end result was our bill was paid for by the hotel. The staff were young didn't know what they were doing had little or no idea of customer service it was a joke.

Easy to access when travelling...

Liked: Easy access to M5 and local shops
Disliked: Breakfast - no healthy options available like cereal or yogurt unless additional cost. Fry up was included

There is room for improvement...

Liked: Friendly staff in the bar area. A decent cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Used mugs in our room weren’t cleaned or replaced and a used wine glass was left for 2 days. The bed wasn’t made on the last night of our 3 day stay. No ham or beef was available for the Yorkshire Pudding wraps on the first evening.
