Disliked: Not clean at all, old fashioned key that took long to open and close , location wasn’t the best , eery smells no controls on air conditioning bed bugs and hair in shower and floor wasn’t cleaned properly with spiders on ceilings

Liked: Comfortable stay. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast. Good location when arriving from east (M5 or A30).

Liked: Lovely spacious room (1st floor), was greated by a lovely helpful young chap who had what is often seen as old fashioned good customer service (can be a dying art I've found). 10/10 The location was very handy.I have no idea what the cleaner did in a former life, but their hospital corners on the bed are next level! It was a full on fight to release the duvet. Again you rarely see this level of perfection. (And the only photo I took during my stay)The amount of plug sockets in the room is nothing short of amazing, never have I stayed in a room with so many sockets, everywhere you could possibly need! The heater in the room, heats the room super quick which was ideal for me.The rooms have multiple locations to place your suitcase off the floor, making it easy to live from your suitcase.The shower was something you would expect in a 5 star spa as well.
Disliked: The photos do not quiet match to the motel run down vibe the building, and car park has when you arrive. The staff clearly go above and beyond, but some money could be used on groundwork and exterior touch ups. Something more than handyman level.Does not give the best impression and feeling of ease to a lone female travel, even a fairly hardy one.When you are in the room itself though you can forget where you are.
