Liked: Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The basement rooms are a little dark in the daytime and I would request a room on an upper floor next time.
Disliked: The only let down from a cleanliness point of view is the mouldy sealant around the shower and the mould stains within sections of the grout within the shower between the tiles. It is rather a shame because it makes the shower look dirty when it is not. I would definitely recommend replacing the sealant and re-grouting (where required) to make the showers look spotlessly clean again and the overall appearance in the bathroom would be better. I doubt re-sealing the shower bases and re-grouting the mouldy areas would be a great expense to the company.

Good inexpensive accommodation

Liked: The room was large and well equipped and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a bonus to have the restaurant on site.

Good value but a bit...

Liked: Room was adequate, bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Evening meal was good.
Disliked: Virtually empty toilet roll holders on arrival - we had to ask for these at reception. They should refresh these before guests arrive. Bit of a wait to get a receipt printed in the morning on check out.
