Liked: The restaurant was extremely busy and the staff were pushed to say the least. In particular Fran was excellent waiting to table and did not stop. The guy that was greeting staff, apologies did not get his name, was also excellent and a credit to the hotel
Disliked: Nothing to point out

Good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The fan was going all night which we couldn’t switch off which made the bathroom cold

Convenient and good value for...

Liked: Nice Bathroom with a good shower
Disliked: The bed was only a standard double when it was advertised as a large double.

Overall - enjoyable

Liked: The location, staff and the quality of the room were all very good.
Disliked: Unfortunately the food wasn't up to the usual Toby Carvery standard

Decent stay with some quirks

Liked: I liked the staff, especially Kasper was a fun chat and everyone seems to genuinely engaged to make customers happy. The kitchen tea, also seemed to enjoy their work.
Disliked: It was great to see Red Bull in the fridge, but why only sugar free. During my presence several people had been quite unhappy and the space for regular Red Bull seems to be available. Our room did not seem to offer a way to open a window for some fresh air.
