Convenient for my visit

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The food wasn't great. I had the carvery and I should have complained to the chef who took the fat from round the beef and then cut it and served it to me I did however complain to the waitress who offered me a sweet that I refused

Good location, nice rooms

Liked: Good location for us, room was nice and big. Good selection of tea and coffee
Disliked: There was no parking spaces available. Also I left my wash bag. I had to ring 3 times before anyone confirmed they had it. Staff communication could have been better

Nice Stay

Liked: Room was a nice size, and the train station was just across the road, which proved to be convenient. The free parking was also useful.
Disliked: Didn't have an iron in the room for husband's shirt, but not the end of the world, as he was happy to wear something else.
