Liked: Good location. Great restaurant attached to hotel.
Disliked: It is very difficult to stop your car to unload your luggage. We drove around twice, there’s heavy traffic in the area and they had a huge truck blocking the circle to pull into the hotel. We ended up parking in the parking garage and dragging our luggage.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. Oriente Station right across the street, jumping off point for all the rest of Portugal. 3 stops from the airport accessible by subway by swiping credit card (>2€). American Airlines layover hotel. Good breakfast. Easy walk to river.
Disliked: A little pricey. But everything is these days. But I'd stay again for leaving Lisbon the morning after arrival.

Fine facility with friendly, helpful...

Liked: It was our second visit and expectations were met
Disliked: The only reasons the rating was not top notch across the board are 1. Your breakfast charge is way too high. 2. This is minor, but you shouldn't provide irons in the room which blow the room's electrical breaker. 3. This is nothing against your facilities or staff - both top notch, but it's against your check in time policy. You need to give preference to travelers arriving overnight from North America. Many people do not sleep well on an airplane and arrive in the morning without sleep. They are forced to wait until late afternoon to get into their rooms by which time they are exhausted. It's a terrible way to start their enjoyment of the great city of Lisbon. I realize this is common among all hotels but if you want to differentiate yourself from the others as a top tier facility, you need to accommodate overnight travelers.

Second stay just as good...

Liked: This was our second stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly and near airport. We where happy to get coffe and croassaints in labby early in the morning before our flight, perfect.

Superb

Liked: The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also really nice. We liked everything about the hotel. The bar was also really nice.
Disliked: The view could've been better but it was still good. We could still see the water
